As April was only a few hours away, she realized it was time to update her blog with a monthly recap. April had flown by so fast, leaving her with much more to share than ever before. Though she chose to keep some of them private.

Unlike the previous month where she’d binged all six Resident Evil franchises, including the one where there was no Alice in it; Welcome to Racoon City, she hadn’t watched any movies in April. She was interested in seeing Ryan Gosling’s new film, The Fall Guy, but she found it a bit difficult to sit and watch a movie when she somehow preferred get lost in productive activities like working on high school worksheets or learning more about Python.

April was an emotional month for her. She cried a lot, sometimes because she was sad, other times because she was happy or nervous. Even small things like a scene from Naruto, delayed packages she ordered online, or a new pimple she found on her face in the morning could bring her to tears.

There was one funny moment that happened while she was exploring PyCharm. She couldn’t find the terminal tab, even though it was right there in front of her face. And when she finally found it, she couldn’t help but laugh at how dramatic she had been over something so small.

She also had some arguments with her boyfriend which made her feel so sad. But she was thankful for his patience and how they always found a way to fix things.

Looking at the life she lives now, she thought her younger self would be surprised to learn that she doesn’t have to step out of her room and work long hours anymore. She has everything she needs. How lucky, most people would give anything to have her life.

Her mom also brought home a kitten she found on the street. The kitten loves to play and bite everything, including her toes.
